六式碼黑帶認證的兩種途徑 | 對於在職人士而言何者更合適?

要成為六式碼黑帶的註冊會員, 有兩種途徑:

1. 實際項目 + VIVA考試:

你需要在你組織中完成一個實際的工業工程黑帶項目,這個項目每年至少節省港幣500萬元
你需要準備項目報告和簡報
你需要參加為期60分鐘的 VIVA考試,考試由兩位考官負責,並為你的項目做防禦
通過VIVA考試後,你將成為六式碼學會的註冊黑帶會員一年

優點:

你可獲取領導突顯項目的真正實戰經驗
你可透過實際環境中實施DMAIC方法來鍛鍊自己的黑帶技能

劣勢:

在你的組織中獲得批准和支持開展黑帶項目可能困難
實際完成一個黑帶項目需時(6個月至1年)

2.黑帶模擬項目課程:

你參加一個結構化的課程,模擬一個工業工程黑帶項目
你需要與團隊合作,對指定的案例研究應用DMAIC方法論
你需要準備項目報告和簡報
你需要在課程結束時參加VIVA考試
通過考試後,你將成為一年註冊黑帶會員

優點:

有結構化的、支援式的學習體驗,在較短的時間(如6至12個星期)內獲得認證
毋需在組織中為項目申請批准

劣勢:

不是在實際工作環境中完成的項目
可能缺少一些真正黑帶項目的挑戰性

– Upon passing the exam, you become a registered Black Belt for 1 year
