Speaker : Dr. Victor Leung

Dr. Leung has more than 35 years business working experience in marketing, data analysis,
service quality and teaching adults. The previous related courses conducted by him in SSI
and HKQMA are: Digital Revolution Series, Data mining, Knowledge Management, Big
Data, People Analytics made Simple for HR, People Operations and Six Sigma projects etc.
He is the Vice-Chairman of KMDC, Fellow and Director of HKQMA and Exco of SSI.
