    在討論 Enterprise Operating System (EOS) 時，很多人的第一反應會以為它是某種特定電腦軟體（例如數據庫系統 Database System、或手機App）。但 EOS 的本質完全不同： 要理解 EOS（Enterprise Operating System） 的價值，必須將它從「IT 工具」的誤解中解放出來。 EOS 不是一套寫在伺服器裡的軟體（Software），而是一套深植於組織血脈的 「企業營運作業系統（Organizational Operating System）」。它負責連結高層的商業策略，並透過日常改善（Kaizen）的迭代，最終精準反映在財務報表的底線（Bottom Line）上。 簡單來說：一般的軟體系統是「運行在電腦上的程式（Software OS）」，而 EOS 是「運行在整個企業組織與人身上的作業系統（Enterprise OS）。」
