Six Sigma Yellow Belt in ESG Certification
ESG Six Sigma Yellow Belt is an individual who has attained a basic knowledge of ESG and Six Sigma. The participants are often responsible for the development of ESG process maps supporting by Six Sigma tools, and participates as a core team member or subject matter expert on ESG committee. In addition, ESG Yellow Belts may often be responsible for running smaller process improvement projects using the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) methodology and other Six Sigma tools embed with ESG elements.
