In today’s data-driven world, professionals across industries face increasingly complex decisions. Whether you are in marketing, human resources, education, quality service, or supply chain management, the ability to analyse data and make informed decision is more critical than ever.
This 6-hour workshop—AI-Powered Problem-solving & Decision-making—is designed to empower professionals with practical, using no-code AI Agents/tools to extract insights, forecast outcomes, and optimize strategies from datasets.
This workshop begins with a briefing on AI fundamentals and the five levels of AI maturity, followed by a masterclass in prompt engineering. Participants dive into domain-specific applications and hands-on exercises/cases to build visual charts and insights, simulated real-world scenarios and gained the confidence to apply AI Agents/tools in their own roles.
By the end of the workshop, participants will have techniques using AI Agents/tools for data analysis results to improve recruitment, personalize marketing campaigns, enhance classroom outcomes, or streamline operations.

Workshop Leader
Dr. Leung has more than 35 years business working experience in marketing, data analysis, service quality and teaching. The previous related courses conducted by him in SSI and HKQMA are: Digital Revolution Series, Data mining, Knowledge Management, Big Data, People Analytics made Simple for HR, People Operations and Six Sigma projects etc. He is the Vice-Chairman of Knowledge Management Development Centre, Fellow and Director of HKQMA and Exco of SSI.
