CCPM & Methodology Synergy: Integrate Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) buffer management and resource optimization with Lean Six Sigma analytical rigor and Agile sprint execution to pioneer high-performance Hybrid PM models.

- 關鍵鏈(CCPM)與敏捷(Agile)混合型專案管理框架: 結合 CCPM 的巨觀專案緩衝(Project Buffer)與敏捷微觀衝刺(Agile Sprints)的混合排程架構。
- 資源限制、多專案調配與效能提升: 運用限制理論(TOC)解決多專案平行推行時的資源爭奪(Resource Contention)與過度切換(Multitasking)耗損。建立容量緩衝區(Capacity Buffers)與跨部門資源分配優化模型。
- 卓越 PMO 轉型、戰略變革與 ESG 治理: 將 PMO 定位從「監控者」提升為「戰略價值交付引擎(Value Delivery Office)」。結合變革管理(Change Leadership)與 ESG(環境、社會與公司治理)永續指標於專案全生命週期。
