核心使命: 

本支部以 TRIZ(Teoriya Resheniya Izobretatelskikh Zadach / 發明問題解決理論) 的科學創新邏輯為核心,打破傳統「腦力激盪(Brainstorming)」盲目試錯的局限。透過將 TRIZ 的矛盾矩陣、物理/技術矛盾消除法及系統演進規律,與精益六式碼(Lean Six Sigma / Design for Six Sigma, DFSS)及 AI 智能技術深度融合,我們致力於協助企業與個人精準定位技術及商業瓶頸,實現可預測、高價值的系統化創新。

Mission

Centered on TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving), the Chapter replaces trial-and-error brainstorming with a structured, scientific approach to innovation. By integrating TRIZ’s contradiction resolution tools, system evolution trends, and Ideal Final Result (IFR) concepts with Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) and Generative AI, we empower members and organizations to resolve complex trade-offs, design high-impact patents, and drive predictable technological and business breakthroughs.

研究範疇:

  • 消除矛盾與理想解極大化 (Contradiction Elimination & Ideal Final Result):打破傳統專案中「效能與成本」、「速度與品質」等妥協(Trade-off)思維,運用物理與技術矛盾分析,追求「理想最終結果(IFR)」。
  • AI 助力與專利戰略 (AI-Enhanced Ideation & IP Strategy):結合生成式 AI(GenAI)與大數據專利分析,加速發明原理(40 Inventive Principles)的應用,協助企業建立高價值的專利壁壘與迴避設計(Patent Circumvention)。
  • 非工程領域與商業營運的 Business TRIZ 應用: 將 TRIZ 矛盾矩陣延伸至商業模式、服務流程(Service Design)及組織管理中的衝突解決。探討服務業與金融科技中的「品質—成本—體驗」矛盾消融範本。

Focus Areas:

  • Contradiction Elimination & Ideal Final Result (IFR): Move beyond traditional compromise and trade-offs in project design by applying physical and technical contradiction resolution techniques to achieve the Ideal Final Result.
  • AI-Enhanced Ideation & IP Strategy: Combine Generative AI and advanced patent analytics with TRIZ evolutionary patterns to accelerate inventive problem solving, optimize patent portfolios, and support technical circumvention strategies.
  • Business TRIZ & Service Process Innovation: Expand TRIZ methodologies into non-technical domains, resolving operational, commercial, and organizational contradictions across service industries.
