核心使命:
本支部以 精益六式碼（Lean Six Sigma）持續改善 的科學方法為核心，將 「邁向零碳排放（Net-Zero Target）」 及 ESG 法規合規轉化為可量化、可執行的流程優化專案。透過消除資源浪費、降低範疇一至三（Scope 1-3）碳排放量、優化能源效率與綠色設計（Green DFSS），我們致力於協助企業從「被動合規」轉型為「主動創值」，打造具備長期競爭力的低碳永續企業。
Mission
Grounded in Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement, the Chapter transforms Zero-Carbon emission mandates and ESG regulatory requirements into measurable, structured process optimization projects. By eliminating operational waste, reducing Scope 1-3 carbon footprints, maximizing energy efficiency, and embedding Green DFSS (Design for Six Sigma), we empower organizations to transition from passive compliance to proactive green innovation and long-term sustainable competitiveness.
研究範疇:
- 持續改善驅動零碳目標 (Continuous Improvement for Net-Zero)：將精益 DMAIC（定義、衡量、分析、改善、管制）流程無縫應用於碳盤查、能源節約與減碳專案，以數據消除無效能耗與溫室氣體排放。
- 高品質 ESG 數據治理 (ESG Data Integrity & Quality Management)：運用六式碼的數據驗證與統計分析工具，確保 ESG / 碳排放數據的精確性、可追溯性與可審計性，符合國際揭露標準（如 ISSB, GRI, TCFD）。
- 培育綠色轉型領袖 (Cultivate Sustainable Process Leaders)：為企業培育兼具「六式碼流程優化」與「ESG 永續戰略」的雙軌人才，推動企業跨部門的綠色文化深耕與變革管理。
Focus Areas:
- Continuous Improvement for Net-Zero: Apply Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodology directly to carbon auditing, energy conservation, and emissions reduction projects, leveraging data to systematically eliminate wasteful energy use and GHG emissions.
- ESG Data Integrity & Quality Management: Utilize Six Sigma statistical tools and process controls to ensure high accuracy, traceability, and auditability of corporate ESG and greenhouse gas emission metrics, aligning with international standards (e.g., ISSB, GRI, TCFD).
- Cultivate Sustainable Process Leaders: Upskill professionals into dual-capability leaders proficient in both process excellence and sustainability strategy, driving organizational change and a green culture across business units.
